Justice and Equity

We believe in justice and equity. We work to uplift and center the voices, skills and ideas of individuals whose daily-lived experiences are disproportionately impacted by climate change and channel them into designing equitable solutions.

Community Partnerships

We believe in the power of the people. We see and rely on the assets and contributions already being made in the communities where we work and recognize that the most effective climate solutions are chosen for the community by the community.

Leadership through Education

We believe in the power of youth. We know young people, empowered with foundational climate education and effective advocacy and leadership skills, possess the power to advance just climate solutions that make their communities healthier places to live.

Power of Education

We believe education is a powerful tool in combating climate change and work directly with students and educators and school districts to facilitate climate literacy and actionable solutions.

Strategy

We accomplish our mission by ensuring that our stakeholders have opportunities to transfer climate literacy into climate action that is personal, local, and grassroots in origin with a strong focus on youth and the education sector.
